The kids had a great time in the first training session. They enjoyed the sunshine and fully released the energy with their parents. We are happy to see the smile of children’s faces.
One of the aims of the Mini-triathlon summer camp encourages children with wheeze/asthma and parents to increase the amount of outdoor physical activities. Exercise can improve health and fitness. It also helps improve the wheeze/asthma symptoms in the long term. In addition, air pollution is related to the worsening of wheeze/asthma. We should work together tackling the pollution problem in the interest of children’s health.
