CNN reporting the pollution falls in China during the coronavirus outbreak.

We’ve seen the improvement of air quality in Hong Kong as well. One of the main reasons could be a lot of people working from home that reduce the traffic volume and reduce the traffic congestion. Obviously, less pollutants are released into the roadside environment in the past few weeks.

Annually, there are more than 1,500 premature death that is caused by air pollution in Hong Kong. This short period of clean air should be a wake-up call for every individual.

During the interview, Patrick Fung, CEO of Clean air Network, emphasized this short period of clean air should be a wake-up call, “If we want the children and the elderly, who could live healthily in Hong Kong, then we should think about how to make “business as usual” a change.”
