Legco: Environmental Affairs Panel meeting on Pilot Green Transport Fund
The LegCo meeting this morning was about the Pilot Green Transport Fund. The fund totals HK$300 million; its purpose is to encourage the transport sector to test new low-carbon transport technology (not research and development of new technology.) The applicant should be an EXISTING TRANSPORTATION OPERATOR based in Hong Kong.
