“Idea – iPhone Application for Recording Smoky Vehicles"
Perhaps an iphone application that can users can launch to take a photo of a smoky vehicle, and then post it automatically to a website for public viewing. Perhaps if the license holder information is a publicly available database, then the owner of the vehicle would be publicly shamed if their name was attached to the photo.
