Tell the Government you want clean air!
The Government is holding a public consultation forum on its proposed Air Quality Objectives (AQOs) on Saturday, October 10, 2009.
CAN encourages you to attend so you can express your views and concerns directly to the government officials who will be present.
Below are the details of the public forum:
Date: October 10, 2009 (Saturday)
Time: 9:00am to 12:30pm
Venue: Exhibition Hall, 4/F HKPC Building, 78 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon (Kowloon Tong MTR Station Exit C2)

In order to attend the public forum, you must register with the EPD in advance. Once registered, the Government will reserve a simultaneous translation headset for you. Members of the public will be invited to participate in open discussion during the session.
In order to facilitate and increase attendance, CAN has enabled quick online registration for the public. You will receive confirmation that the Government has received your registration application once submitted.
Please take the time out of your Saturday to attend this crucial public forum. A strong showing will demonstrate Hong Kong society’s wide support for stronger air pollution clean-up measures.
