Proposed incinerator left out of air quality report on delta bridge

The government has omitted a planned incinerator that would affect air quality near the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau bridge in an environmental impact study, and critics say the report now under public consultation is flawed.
Critics said the public consultation, which had started two weeks ago and would end on September 12, should be suspended…
