Such a Great pity only children are eligible for the stonecutters bike event.
If we need to change HK to a low carbon emission city, surely the first step is to reduce cars on the road by getting drivers to embrace the idea.
Try getting parents to allow their children to bike to school with all the danger if cars on the road!!!!
Why don’t consider opening it up to adults?????
